I saw Goodnight macaroon on a influencer page and ordered a few things immediately. I knew shipping would take a while so when I went to look at reviews I was immediately in deep regret! I just thought well... money wasted! However when I got my clothes (after about a full month) I was shocked that the clothes were cute. This is coming from a very picky shopper too btw. They aren't name brand quality but they were nice. I do recommend not ordering anything that says one size unless you're a very small frame or want a belly shirt/sweater. I don't know if I got lucky but I'm pretty happy with my sale purchases. Everything I ordered was 20 dollars on sale so perhaps if I had spent more I wouldn't be AS impressed. Hope this helps!

I ordered a bag on 3/1/2022, it is now 6/7/2022. 98 days later and I STILL HAVE NO BAG. The first tracking number they gave me was incorrect, the second tracking number they gave me was last scanned in Hong Kong on 4/13/22. And hasn't moved since. I have e-mailed the company numerous (10+) times to be told that they would not refund me. After posting complaints on Instagram, someone from customer service e-mailed me on 5/25/22 to tell me they have issued a refund and I could expect to receive it in 30 days... still nothing pending on my bank account, so I will wait to see if that actually happens or not. I am betting that it will not and that I will never see that $65 again. Meaning this company will 100% steal your money and not send you what you ordered. What is also infuriating about this company is that somehow every blogger on IG is able to receive products from them in a timely manner to promote on their platform and paying customers are not. Also, if anyone bothers to look at their tagged photos on IG literally ALL OF THE PHOTOS are BLOGGERS w/ codes to promote Goodnight Macaroon! And every single Goodnight Macaroon post is a "giveaway" with no winner ever announced? Just to get people to comment on and share their posts. This company is a TOTAL scam and a complete money racket. How they haven't been shut down is beyond me. But I would never spend another dime here because obviously I wouldn't get a product that I paid for and I will never get a refund.

This was my first and LAST time every ordering from this company. First of all all of their products come from HONG KONG! Which is mentioned NO WHERE on their website :) :) It took 6 weeks for me to receive the one item I ordered and holy crap I thought this order came from shein. The quality was awful; it felt like cardboard and looked nothing like it did online. Keep in mind I paid $65 dollars for it so it was not cheap. If you want to return anything you have to pay for it yourself and guess what you probably won't even get your refund because it's been over a month and they claim they "never received" my item even after UPS confirmed the delivery and it was SIGNED for by one of their employees. Please stay away from this scam of a company.

I read the previous review and although my order took a bit longer than I anticipated, (and I live in France which can be tricky with online orders) I found that customer service was very responsive and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of the shoes and based on this first experience, I would recommend. Perhaps if cancelling an order it would be better to receive them and go through the return process which is probably more streamlined with procedures...

Tried to make a return, but the company did not provide a return form (which is required per their return policy in order to receive a refund). When I emailed asking for one, they ignored my request. I submitted a complaint with my financial institution, and only then did this company's customer service reach out to me. However, they still did not provide me with the return form, they only reached out in order to accuse me of theft. This has now been going on for over a month. They continue to refuse to provide me with a form, and continue to threaten legal action just because I refuse to cancel my bank's charge back due to this problem. DO NOT under any circumstances get involved with this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 2/21/2022, and as of 3/13/2022, they have not shipped. I paid 9.99 for shipping, and emailed customer service to see when they might ship and was told they had been dispatched and would soon ship, but a week later, they've never been shipped and was told to expect 45-60 days! This is a ridiculous amount of time, and I've been told conflicting information from their customer service. Of course, they charged my credit card right away. Very disappointed in this company and won't order from them again.

Company drop ships from Hong Kong, returns to Florida. They have a restrictive return policy that varies depending on if you read the site, your receipt or packing slip. Anyway handbags are C grade Chinese goods (ie the street vendor quality in HK) not what you would ever buy, strong routine scent of glue that will never go away, appears they are selling (at least handbags (3) I received, lowest grade goods. I asked for a refund as my goods were defective. Paid about 30$ to mail to Florida too (no return tags as it drops from HK)

I ordered two skirts. Both were unexpectedly small and looked very cheap, and they unfortunately weren't cheap. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site and it looks like they don't post negative reviews on their website.
